​Venturelytic is a young and fast growing SaaS startup that provides investment management software for top-notch investors in the venture capital and private equity industry. We provide next-generation investment managers with insights in their portfolio and make sure they're always on track. We work closely together, both remote and on-site, on our goal to become the platform that the world's best investors start their day with. 

As a sales and marketing intern you are thinking of ways to best reach out to our audience. Together with our CEO, you'll be finetuning the go-to-market strategy, eventually reaching out and connecting with investors. Your internship will be a mix of both hands-on do-it-yourself-work, as well as working closely together with other team members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Finetuning our messaging and branding
• Establishing relationships with prospects and clients
• Nurturing our pipeline of new leads
• Optimizing our online visibility 
• Organizing online sessions and events

We are looking to strengthen our young team with an energetic intern with a passion for sales and marketing and a natural curiosity on entrepreneurship and startups. Experience in the field is off less importance; determination to learn fast is. If you're eager to do so, we give you the opportunity to become a key player in the success of Venturelytic.

Our ideal candidate: 

• Is a third-year bachelor or masterstudent (HBO or university) with a commercial or financial background (Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, International Management and/or similar)​
• Is ambitious and curious to learn as much as possible in a startup setting
• Preferably has some work experience and/or previous internship experience
• Is familiar with Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint and Excel
• Has excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
• Has a strong Rotterdam-like do-it-yourself mindset 
• Is available from March 2021 for 4-6 months (for at least 3 days per week)
